This Little Free Library will be a museum piece! Bold and beautiful designs by artist Sean Bowen are the perfect match for the Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington, CT. The LFL was delivered by Rose Buckens and Jo Ann Jaacks while a film crew was making a documentary on the museum for PBS. Perfect timing!
Judy Doran, owner of Charcoal Chef restaurant in Woodbury, CT, has been offering free books and puzzles in her enclosed foyer for 6 years and Rose Buckens recently visited Judy and bestowed an official registration on her inspiring LFL!
Rose Buckens surprised Barefoot Books Ambassador Marsha Miles with her very own Little Free Library to plant in Torrington, CT while both were showing at the Family Nature Day event at White Memorial in Litchfield. There won’t be a problem finding books for this Little Free Library!
A Grand Opening for this very special Little Free Library built by Dan Cassidy and placed atop a vintage desk provided by Rose Buckens will be scheduled soon!
On September 12, Steward Rose Buckens delivered the newest repurposed news box as a fabulous Little Free Library for the Makery Coworking Space in New Milford, CT. The Makery is an awesome place, hosting all kinds of interesting people and businesses, just steps away from the beautiful New Milford Green!
