On the day of the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle, a special grand opening of an unusual red phone booth little free library was celebrated at Toymakers Café in Falls Village, CT with a proper British High Tea of cucumber and egg sandwiches, cottage pie, treacle tarts and Earl Grey tea.
Rose Buckens and Jo Ann Jaacks wore their fascinators (hats), as did a dozen of the attendees, who posed on the balcony.
A dollhouse from the Bethlehem Bunkhouse at All-Wright Acres in Bethlehem, CT will be retrofitted by artist Kathy Percoski, her fifth Little Free Library for Little Free Library at StoneHill, and placed in front of All Wright Acres.
Rose Buckens filled the new Little Free Library at 7-North, just off the Litchfield Green, with James Patterson books on March 5, soon to be followed by a diversity of children’s books and other genres. But wait, James Patterson also writes children’s books!

Judy Doran, owner of Charcoal Chef restaurant in Woodbury, CT, has been offering free books and puzzles in her enclosed foyer for 6 years and Rose Buckens recently visited Judy and bestowed an official registration on her inspiring LFL!
